1.Eligibility.

No purchase necessary to enter. The Michael Buble Ticket Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is open to U.S. residents who are in high school in Rhode Island,, except employees of WLWC Four Points Media Group, Dunkin’ Donuts (collectively, the “Sponsors”), Dunkin’ Donuts Center, other television and radio stations in the Providence market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies (if any), members of their respective families or persons living in the same household. Viewers are eligible to win a WLWC contest only once every sixty (60) days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.

2.Entry.

(a)The Contest will begin on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 2:00pm and end on Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 11:59pm

(b)To participate in the Contest, you can submit your entry online at YourProv.com (http://yourprov.com) or you can fill out an entry in person at our offices – 275 Westminster Street, Providence, RI, 02903, 401-331-8828. Entries must be received no later than Sunday, May 29, 2011 at 11:59pm.

(c)One entry per person. One entry per email.

(d)Sponsors are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or the rules.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Sponsors/judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the Sponsors/judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at http://yourprov.com. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest.

By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Station’s Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: http://yourprov.com. Entry deemed made by holder of e-mail account.

(e) Broadcasts are subject to preemptions and scheduling changes. If such changes occur, they will be posted on the YourProv / CW 28 website (http://yourprov.com).

(f)Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.

3.Prizes.

There will be one (1) grand prize winner who receives a pair of tickets to see Michael Buble at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center on June 13, 2011. Winners will be chosen by random drawing. In the event there is no winner, prizes will be awarded by random drawing. The Sponsors reserve the right to award any prizes that are not claimed by the end of contest in future promotions conducted by the Sponsors. Winner will be contacted by YourProv / CW 28 on how to claim prize. CW 28 and YourProv have the final decision on winners.

4.General.

(a)Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Station.

(b)By participating in the Contest, the winner or winners (or, in the case of a minor, their parent/legal guardian) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of the prize. If a prize winner is a minor, prize may be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian and that winner’s travel companion must be his/her parent or legal guardian. Unless a member of winner’s immediate family, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older. Travel companion must travel with winner and must also sign and return a travel release, which must be returned with winner’s affidavit of eligibility. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to Sponsors the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and travel companion, if any, by acceptance of their prizes, agree to release Station, Four Points Media Group, and their advertising, promotion and production agencies and their respective parents and subsidiaries, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in directly or indirectly in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Contest or prize-related activity.

(c)Sponsors reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest which will become effective upon announcement. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the rules, their announcements, or the offering or the administration of the Contest.

(d)No prize transfers. Sponsors may substitute prizes for prizes of like value, in the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Offer subject to federal, state and local regulations and laws and is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited. I am submitting this Affidavit with the understanding that it will be relied upon to determine my eligibility in the Michael Buble Ticket Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”).

I affirm and represent that I have complied with all the rules and regulations of the Contest and that I have committed no fraud or deception in entering the Contest or claiming any prize. I further represent that I am not an employee of any of the Sponsors or of any other entity stated in the official rules whose employees are not eligible to enter the Contest or a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee, or otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. In consideration of the Prize, which I acknowledge is good, valuable and sufficient consideration, I hereby agree as follows:

1.To be solely responsible for any and all taxes which may be payable due to my receipt of the Prize, and to authorize Station to withhold any amounts required to be withheld pursuant to Federal, state or local law.

4.I hereby certify that I have read and complied with, and that I understand, all of the rules of the Contest, a copy of which is attached to this Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form and that all information set forth below is true. The releases and indemnities I have given with respect to the prize shall benefit the Sponsors, as well as their agents, employees, shareholders, officers, directors, affiliates, licensees and assigns. The rights I have granted to use my name, likeness, photographs, etc., shall inure to the benefit of the Sponsors, as well as their respective advertising agencies, licensees and assigns. I agree to return upon demand to Station any prize which has been or may be awarded to me if any statement made by me in this affidavit is false.

5.I acknowledge that Station, its licensee, parent, and affiliated entities have neither arranged for nor carry any insurance of any kind for my benefit or that of my heirs, executors and administrators relative to my use of the Prize, and that I am solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property or other insurance relative to my use of the Prize.

6.I agree to indemnify and hold Station, its licensee, their parent, and/or affiliated entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, and any of their respective representatives, assigns, employees, directors, officers and agents harmless against any loss, damage or expense, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, that any of them may suffer or incur as a result of any breach of the foregoing representations.

7.I understand and agree that this waiver, release, hold harmless and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.

Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If WLWC-TV cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.

WLWC-TV reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

WLWC-TV reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

Employees of WLWC-TV, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to WLWC-TV the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

WLWC-TV reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or WLWC-TV. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and WLWC-TV are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.

WLWC-TV reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
